📦 Ordering & Sourcing
Can you supply the exact machine model I need?
Our stock changes constantly with 500+ machines in our yard. If the exact model you need is not listed on our website, simply send us your requirements (machine type, brand, specifications, budget) and we will source it from our partner network — usually within 2-4 weeks. We have supplied hard-to-find models to customers in over 30 countries.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. Many of our customers start with a single machine to test our quality and service, then return for larger orders. Whether you need one lathe or a full production line, we serve you with the same dedication.
How do I get a quote?

Can I buy machines through auction?

🔍 Quality & Inspection
What is the condition of your used machines?
We grade every machine into three conditions:
Excellent — Low usage hours, like-new condition, fully serviced
Good — Normal wear, fully functional, key components replaced
Fair — Working condition, cosmetic wear, priced for value buyers
Each listing shows real photos, working hours, year of manufacture, and any replaced parts. What you see is what you get — no surprises.
Can I inspect the machine before buying?
Absolutely, and we encourage it:
On-site visit — Visit our factory in Qingdao, China. We’ll pick you up from the airport.
Live video inspection — Our engineer walks you through the machine under power via WhatsApp video call, checking any points you request.
Third-party inspection — We welcome SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, or your own inspector before shipment.
Do you refurbish machines before selling?
Every machine goes through our standard 52-point inspection and servicing: electrical systems, hydraulics, lubrication, accuracy calibration, and safety checks. Full refurbishment (repainting, spindle rebuild, CNC system upgrade) is available as an optional service — just ask for a quote.
💰 Payment & Terms
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms for most orders:
30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) to confirm the order
70% balance before shipment, after you approve inspection results
For larger orders (typically over $50,000), we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. Flexible terms are available for established repeat customers.
Which currencies do you accept?
We primarily trade in USD. EUR and RMB are also accepted. Our quotes clearly state the currency and all bank charges, so there are no hidden costs.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our listed prices are already competitive for the condition offered, but we’re open to discussion — especially for multi-machine orders, long-term partnerships, and auction purchases. Tell us your budget and we’ll do our best to match it with the right machine.
🚢 Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship machines and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide by sea (FCL containers or LCL consolidated), and by land truck for Southeast Asia destinations. Typical door-to-port times:
Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia: 5-10 days
Indonesia, Philippines: 7-15 days
UAE, Saudi Arabia: 20-30 days
We handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin) and can arrange door-to-door delivery on request.
How are machines packed for export?
Standard export packing includes anti-rust treatment, moisture-proof wrapping, and wooden crates or secure container loading with bracing. For sea shipments, machines are fixed to the container floor with steel brackets. Fragile components (CRT monitors, glass scales) are packed separately with extra cushioning.
Can you help with import customs clearance?
We provide complete export documents from China and can recommend trusted customs brokers in your country. Many Southeast Asian countries have favorable import duty rates (or exemptions) for used machinery — we’ll share the HS codes and documentation you need for smooth clearance.

Do used machines come with any warranty?
Every machine passes our 52-point inspection before shipment, and we guarantee the machine arrives matching the listed specifications and photos. If any discrepancy is found on arrival, we take full responsibility. Extended warranties and spare parts packages are available for purchase.
Can you supply spare parts and manuals?
Yes. We supply original spare parts for popular brands (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi controls and common mechanical parts) and provide English operation manuals wherever available. Our engineers offer free installation guidance via video call, and on-site installation can be arranged at cost.
